2 weeks after this business did their own cleanup and drydown, we were contracted to complete the demolition. What ultimately happened was there was still standing water in the steel structure and insulation. It turned into one of the largest mold remediations seen for us. Nearly all of the internal structure were actively growing mold. After 5 days of demolition and 5 days of air scrubbing, the structure was tested and cleared!
