Overflowing toilet Camarillo
Our crew arrived at the client's house to find a overflowing toilet flooding the master bathroom upstairs and the kitchen downstairs. The damage in the bathroom consisted of the tile flooring, the drywall and carpet pad. The downstairs damage included the cabinets, tile floor, ceiling insulation and light fixtures. Testing for a possible CAT 3 loss came back negative and equipment was placed and demo work began.
Within 5 days, all right monitored ares were dry. In spite of this, the tile needed to removed in addition to the kitchen cabinets. The Before photo shows the cause of the loss, the overflowing toilet. The After photo shows the readings of the dry subfloor once the tile was removed at the completion of the job.
