Camarillo CA living room mold

This mold remediation job was the result of a broken pipe within the walls of the client's living room.  The job was originally repaired by a plumber before the area could be dried properly and as a result mold became an issue.

Due to the extensive moisture, the drying process took five days.  Once the drying process was complete, the baseboards were pulled where the mold was discovered, as you can see in our Before photo.

In our After photo, you can see the containment set up over the loss area right before it was removed along with the equipment.
