Slab leak Camarillo CA

A hot water slab leak caused this loss and affected most of the back of the house including the guest bedroom, in the "before" picture.  The carpet was lifted and dried while the pad was removed in the master bedroom, the hallway, and the guest bedroom. Asbestos and lead were found which slowed the process due to the need of abatement before full drying could be complete.  Some demo work was required to allow access for the plumber to repair the slab leak. With the exception of the laundry room and the hallway due to the presence of the asbestos and lead, the job was completely dried in two days.  The after picture you see above is the moisture reading from the guest bedroom upon drying completion.
