Water damage bedroom from water heater leak

This flood was caused by a water heater that started in the water heater closet outside and backs to the bedroom. The affected areas where the water heater closet and the bedroom. When SERVPRO of Camarillo arrived on site there was already visible mold. SERVPRO performed mold remediation services as well as drain services of the exposed wood members once the remediation was completed. The entire process which included mold remediation, drain services of the exposed wood members and mold clearance testing from a third-party company took a total of three days. The customer is now ready for SERVPRO to do the necessary repairs and get their lives back together.
