Camarillo washing machine loss

This job in Camarillo was an overflowing washing machine.  This loss affected the entire bathroom, two bedrooms, and partial area of the living room.  Tile and laminate flooring was affected and the client asked to save the flooring, which our crew was able to do.

After equipment was placed, the drying process moved quickly.  In 24 hours, certain areas were already dry including all the concrete.  There was no asbestos involved and no mold in the walls but minimal mold was found in the baseboards.

After four days, all areas were completely dry and all equipment was removed.  In the Before photo, you can see the cause of loss, the washing machine.  In the after photo, you can see the dry readings from the washing machine room baseboards.
